Marneuli Almonds

“Marneuli Almonds” is a subsidiary of Ibercompany. In 2020, around 60,000 almond trees were planted across 125 hectares in Marneuli. Harvesting from this orchard began in 2024, with the entire yield exported and sold on the European market. The total investment in “Marneuli Almonds” amounts to $1.8 million.

The raw materials for the project were sourced from the Spanish company Viveros Veron. The Spanish side also provides comprehensive consulting services to “Marneuli Almonds,” which is one of the key factors contributing to the project’s success.

Georgia’s climate and soil conditions are well-suited to almond cultivation. In addition, one of the main reasons for interest in the project is the steadily growing demand for almonds on the global market. Market analysis and research have shown that even during the pandemic and challenging economic conditions, demand for the product did not decline.

“Marneuli Almonds” is one of the holding’s most significant projects, making a meaningful contribution to the development of Georgia’s agricultural sector.
